Since time immemorial, man has been preoccupied with the mystery of life. Eternal life. Lifeforce is a mystical and powerful concept rooted in ancient spiritual traditions, such as Taoism, Yoga and Tantra. Exercises were practiced in secret circles of priests and priestesses to generate life energy and transcend as human beings beyond the limitations of the human mind. ​
Life force energy (Kundalini, Ki or Chi) is often associated with the awakening of spiritual consciousness and self-awareness. A sense of purpose.

Throughout the series, we apply Kundalini principles in a gentle balanced way. A balanced mixture of yin and yang. Throughout the series, we apply breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, soft healing sounds and sometimes mantras.

In each series we go deeper into a particular breathing technique, meditation or yoga practice so that you have a chance to master the techniques but also to deepen your practice.

In december we will focus on the element of water, flow and letting go.
Winter is an invitation to dive deeper within in stillness.
