There is something about yoga

Yoga is not only bound to the asana's on the mat. It is a way of life which became an essential part of my personal value system. For me Kundalini has it all, but this is a very personal feeling.

I am someone who likes experimenting and trying out different styles. That's how I started building up and appreciating other styles as well.

I prefer my own mixture and filter out what my body needs at that moment.

Kundalini Yoga

I call this the miracle yoga ( and a little bit crazy ) because it digs deeper with a mixture of movement, breath, mantra and meditation in a short amount of time. You learn to tame the monkey mind and break through negative thinking patterns.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga helps me to slow down and go within. I like consciously melting down in the posture checking in with my body and heart.  By stretching fascia vital energy can flow more easily throughout the body. It keeps the body healthy and young.

Holistic Yoga

I like an intuitive mixture of all my favorite styles: Kundalini, Yin, Hatha, Yoga Nidra, meditation and much more...Every yoga style adds something and I pick what we need in a certain moment.
