What to expect from a class

Don't think that all your problems are solved if you attented one Yoga-class. Just like everything else in life, you will have to work on it...starting with committing to yourself just by showing up!

But even one single class can shift your energy and make you feel much lighter and powerfull.

How does a normal Kundalini Yoga-class looks like?

1/ Start with relaxing your body and tuning in with the mantra

'Ong namo, Guru dev namo'.

Why do we do this?

You can see this as if you are tuning in your radio frequency to the only thing that matters, this current moment, your own Truth, your own inner voice, your soul. To be able to anchor yourself in the here and now, 'zero point'....All there is....

2/ Warming up your body & Pranayama (breathing techniques)

3/ Kriya (fixed set of dynamic exercices, but not complicated.)

4/ Savasana (time to rest and relax) Very important not to skip this! (With or without gong).

5/ Meditation (quieten the mind) with or without mantra

6/ Earthen yourself to reconnect with your body ( socializing and drinking tea)

A YIN class does not differ much from this structure. Of course the style is different and more yin-oriented. The only main difference is that we do not actively use mantra's and dive into deep meditations. However it can be possible that we do tune in with 'AUM' or play a beautifull mantra at the background during a pose.
